Ayur Kit (First Aid Kit)

• Murivenna

Uses : Apply in fresh wound, burnings, sprain and ligament tear.

Direction(external use only) : Apply the cotton pad dipped in murivenna on affected area

• Vilwadi gulika

Uses : Indigestion, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Poisonous bite.

Direction (internal and external use) :

Adults: 1 tablet mixed with half tablespoon ginger juice and 1 tablespoon honey after food, twice daily for Indigestion, Vomiting, Diarrhea

Children below 12 years of age : Same mixture with half a tablet can be used.

• Rasnadi choornam

Uses : Headache, Sinus, Cold.

Direction (external use) :

• Headache : Mix a teaspoon of choornam with lukewarm water and apply on forehead.
• Sinus and cold : Mix a teaspoon of choornam with a tablespoon of lemon juice. Heat the mixture and make a paste. Let it cool completely and apply on sinus areas and on the crown area.

• Sankha bhasmam

Uses : Acidity, Gas disturbance

Direction(Internal use) : Take a pinch of powder(100mg) mix with a teaspoon of honey and take internally.

• Pain balm

Uses: Muscle cramps, headache, cold

Direction(External use only) : Apply externally on the affected area.
