Ingredients
• 1 large frozen ripe banana
• 1-2 tablespoons cacao powder
• 2 tablespoons creamy natural peanut butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ cup unsweetened plant-based milk (or milk of choice)

Instructions

In a high-powered blender, add all the ingredients and blend for 1-2 minutes until well combined. Pour in a glass and enjoy.

Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls

If you are someone who craves for something sweet every day, this is a perfect recipe for you to munch on without feeling guilty. With just 5 raw ingredients, these chocolate coconut bliss balls can be made in a few minutes and are perfect to give you an energy boost anytime of the day.

Ingredients
• 1 1/2 cup pitted dates (1 cup if using Mejdool dates)
• 1 cup almonds
• 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut +extra for rolling
• ¼ cup cocoa powder
• ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
• Add the dates, almonds, shredded coconut, cocoa powder and salt to a food processor and pulse until it forms a sticky dough.
• Roll the dough into bite-sized balls, and then roll in some shredded coconut.
• Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to a week.

Chocolate covered Dates

Dates truly are nature’s candy as they are delicious and have an amazing caramel like flavor. These Chocolate Covered Dates make the perfect treat to curb your dessert cravings and are very easy to put together.

Ingredients
• 12 Dates
• 4 tablespoons Peanut Butter or any nuts of your choice
• 7 ounces Dark Chocolate

Instructions
• Fill each date with ½ teaspoon of peanut butter or any nuts like cashews or almonds. Place them on a plate and put them in the freezer for 10 minutes
• Finely chop the dark chocolate and place it in a bowl. Place it in a microwave for 30 seconds or over a pot of simmering water for it to melt.
• Dip each date in the melted chocolate and transfer onto a wire rack.
• Chill it in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set.

No Bake Fudgy Brownies

These rich no bake fudgy brownie squares are made with simple wholesome ingredients and no one will ever believe that something this delicious can be made with no refined sugar at all.

Ingredients
• 1 cup almond flour
• 3 tbsp cocoa flour
• 3 tbsp date paste
• 2 tbsp peanut butter
• 2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
Chocolate layer
• ¼ cup chocolate chips
• 1 tbsp ghee or coconut oil

Instructions
• In a bowl put the ingredients for the base and mix till all the ingredients come together.
• Line a pan with parchment paper and put the mix in it. Gently press it down flat using fingers to form a uniform base. Place this in the freezer for about an hour to set.
• Pick the base from the container holding the parchment paper and place it on a flat surface. Using a knife cut it into 12 uniform squares.
• Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Heat it for 30 seconds and stir the chips until melted. Place it for an additional 10-15 seconds if required.
• Dip each square in the chocolate and place it on the parchment paper to set.
• Sprinkle with some sea salt to add an additional note to these decadent brownie squares.

Chocolate Rice Pudding (Payasam)

Adding a little cocoa powder and chocolate turns this traditional south Indian dessert into an incredible decadent dessert.

Ingredients
• 1 1/2 cup white rice
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 2 cup water
• 2 tablespoons ghee
• 2 cups milk
• 1/3 cup jaggery
• 2/3 cup bittersweet chocolate, roughly chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional

Instructions
1. In a ​Saucepan add the rice, water, evaporated milk, cocoa powder and ghee.
2. Cover with a lid and bring it to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and fully cooked.
3. Once the rice is fully cooked remove from heat and stir in the bittersweet chocolate, jaggery, salt, and vanilla.
4. Serve warm or cold and enjoy!
